Beyblade Premier is currently recovering from the impact of Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately, our warehouse sustained significant damage, and 90% of our staff have experienced major personal losses. Despite these challenges, we’re relocating all recovered inventory to a new location, with the expectation that power will be restored this week, as our new facility is still without power.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask for your patience as we work through both past and upcoming orders. We’re moving as quickly as possible with the resources available to us and anticipate resuming shipping on October 19th or earlier.
Please note that shipping for new releases BX-37 and UX-08 will be delayed until the end of week of October 20th.
We are closely monitoring hurricane Idalia. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of our team members, as well as providing you with the best service possible. Shipping delays are expected later this week as the hurricane moves into the West coast of Florida.
