All orders in the USA ship for FREE via USPS Ground Advantage. This mail service takes 2-5 days to deliver depending on your shipping location.
You will know an accurate estimate on how many days it will take during checkout based on your address.
We also have extra paid options such as USPS Priority Shipping and UPS Next Day for your added convenience.
Beyblade Premier’s Shipment Responsibility
It is Beyblade Premier’s duty to receive all daily orders by 1 PM EST and bring them all to the post office the same day for shipping (weekends excluded).
Once the package has been handed off to the post office, they will scan the tracking number as "Shipment Received" and the package is now 100% completely in the hands of the shipment provider.
It is the responsibility of USPS / UPS / DHL / FedEx to deliver the order to you.
At this point, Beyblade Premier has no more control over the transit time, package handling, and/or final delivery. Only the mailing provider can deliver this package in a timely matter based on the service we purchase on your behalf.
All merchants, (*including Beyblade Premier), have the same tracking information provided to the customers for reference. Beyblade Premier does not have any additional access to mailing providers and their systems.
BOTTOM LINE: Beyblade's shipping guarantee promises to drop off all orders to the post office on the same day if they are placed BEFORE 1PM EST.
After that, we provide all of our customers with a tracking number. The shipping transit and final delivery of the order are 100% completely with the shipping provider.
What Beyblade Premier CAN do after the package is with the shipping providers:
File a claim for any of the following:
The package was delivered after a guaranteed delivery timeframe for expedited paid services such as UPS Next Day, 2-Day Shipping, etc. (Free shipping is not guaranteed)

The package has been in transit for more than 15 days for domestic shipments (USA) or 45 days for international shipments.
Process a new order for packages marked as “Return to Sender”. See the Return to Sender process below.
What Beyblade Premier CANNOT do after the package is with the shipping providers:
Make the package move or arrive faster.
Know exactly where the package is at any given moment other than what shows in the provided tracking information.
Find out why the package is stuck at any given location during transit.
Change or fix the shipping address.

We offer fast and affordable paid international shipping options to most countries in the world.
Our shipping options at checkout offer complete peace of mind by including all taxes and duties in one single price. No import duties surprises! What you pay at checkout is everything you need to pay to get your product delivered.
We've partnered with e-Global to secure the most affordable and fastest international shipping rates, customs pre-clearance, and import duties management in one single transaction. Our goal is to get 100% authentic products delivered faster in a cost-effective way to all our customers.
Our only shipping provider today is DHL. We've worked with all international shipping providers during the past 2 years and the only one that has a perfect track record is DHL. They excel with on-time deliveries, precise tracking information, duties and tax management, and superb customer service.
The following countries have been vetted and configured for faster clearance process and heavily discounted international rates.
CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, BRAZIL, INDIA, FRANCE, ITALY, and MEXICO

Package Returns: If by any circumstance the package is returned to Beyblade Premier due to customer rejection or incorrect address, the order is subject to a 12% restocking fee. Also, import duties, clearance fees, and taxes are not refundable.

When will my order ship?
All orders placed on business days before 1:00 pm Eastern Time will be dropped off at the post office on the same day. You will receive updated emails when your package is scanned into the USPS system with a tracking number.
Please make sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there!
Tip: To estimate when your package will arrive, count the business days starting the day after your package is dropped off at USPS. (I.E. - If your order is dropped off to USPS on a Tuesday, then Wednesday would be the first business day in transit).
To help you determine how many days it will take, all our shipping options have the exact timeframe in parentheses. For example, USPS First Class (3 Days)

When will my order be delivered?
If your order was placed before our daily deadline of 1 PM EST on a business day, you will receive an email with the tracking number that same day. If you placed an order after 1 PM EST, your order will be dropped off at the post office on the next business day.
Once your tracking number is updated (usually a few hours after the post office receives the package), you will be able to see the carrier's estimated delivery date for your order.
Please note that the dates are just an estimation and may change during transit due to unforeseen complications. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are in normal working business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Haven't received your tracking confirmation?
Please make sure to check your spam or promotions folder, as it may have been filtered there! If you are still not seeing that confirmation within the next day, please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide it directly to you.
If you paid for expedited shipping services and your order is delayed, please reach out to our support team and we will be happy to refund any incurred shipping costs.

Is your tracking saying "pre-shipment" without a “Shipment Received” update?
If it has been more than 24 hours without a further update, sometimes, there is a glitch in the USPS system, the postal service is behind on scanning, or the merchant has not yet dropped off the package to USPS.
At Beyblade Premier, we personally hand off daily package batches to the post office, therefore, your tracking information will update to “Accepted” at the exact moment we dropped all packages. Then it will update with an estimated delivery date.
For UPS specifically, their tracking information is not sophisticated enough to show a robust tracking history. UPS tracking only updates overnight. If it's past 24 hours and still without any tracking information updates, please reach out to us and we will contact USPS and tell you whatever we find out from them right away.

What happens if my package is “returned to sender?”
If you find that your package has been returned to sender (in most cases due to the wrong address or missing apartment numbers), please contact us and we will make certain that you are taken care of right away!
While we are unable to resend packages that were marked as returned to sender due to the length of time that those take to arrive back to us, our customer service team will make certain that you are set up with a new order or offer you a full refund for your items.
*Please note: Mailing providers do not refund us shipping label fees for returned packages. Therefore, all reshipments have a fee that varies from $4.99 to $14.99. The final amount will depend on the total weight and size of the package. Our customer service agents will send you an online link to get you up and running.

My package is missing or stolen, what do I do next?
We are so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the delivery of your package!
If your tracking information shows no updates for 5-7 business days, please contact us and one of our customer support agents will happily investigate this for you.
If you feel your package was stolen or is showing marked as delivered in tracking information but you're unable to locate it after a thorough search of your property, we ask that you connect with your neighbors/neighboring properties. If your package doesn't turn up within 1-2 days of your search (sometimes USPS scans/marks it as delivered, but the package gets delivered the next day), please feel free to contact us and we’ll take care of you.
While Beyblade Premier can only strictly rely on tracking number information to determine if the package was delivered, we can certainly initiate a claim for your order with our integrated insurance provider.
Our agents will send you an online affidavit form to get the process rolling. Please note, claims could take 12-14 business days to get resolved. If the claim is decided in your favor, you will receive a full refund of your order.
