FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What was the cutoff date to start counting purchases towards BeyBucks?

Our BeyBucks Club launched on August 17, 2022. The rewards program announcement was made on July 27th. All purchases after July 27th earned BeyBucks per each dollar spent. 

How do I know my BeyBucks tier?

We assigned you a tier based on your total lifetime spending up to July 27, 2022. From this date forward, your tier will change based on future purchases. 

Can I stack earning methods in single orders?

Yes! We want you to earn as much as possible while getting all the things you love.


For example, you can participate in our tournaments, make the finals, win the tournament, and buy 4 Beyblades in a single order for a total of 1,000+ BB in a single day. 


Please note that this will initially be a manual process and BB can take up to 5 days to show in your account.

Do I earn BeyBucks for purchases made in tournaments?

Absolutely! We have upgraded our POS system and all your purchases will now earn BeyBucks. You will only need to provide us the email address associated with your BB account and done!

I do NOT live in FL. How can I really use or maximize all tournament earning options?

Great question! Premier is expanding! Beyblade Premier is currently holding tournaments in 4 different states (FL, MD, IN, WA). These tournaments are part of our Teampalooza series. 


Process to claim your tournament BeyBucks: 


1. Attend a worldbeyblade.org (WBO) event hosted by Beyblade Premier. Look for "Teampalooza" or "Beyblade Premier" in the tournament name. 


2. Once you attend the tournament, please shoot a DM to Conce7 on Discord or send an email to support@beybladepremier.com with your WBO username and email address you have with us. 


3. We will credit your account with all qualified BeyBucks based on the organizer's spreadsheet. 

What Rotating Redemption means?

We want to keep everything fresh. We are planning on updating most of the redeemable option every 3 months. This way you always have something new to look for. We will announce all new items a month before the end of the 3 months so you can coordinate the usage of your BeyBucks.

Do I earn BBs if I redeem 1,000 BBs for $10 and then use that to make a purchase?

BeyBucks can only be earn with money spent during transactions. At this moment, the platform does not support earning rewards by using rewards.

Do I get new tier BeyBucks amount with the same order who moves me to the next tier?

This is an excellent question! Here is an example:


Let's say your current lifetime spending with Premier is $230. You go ahead and place a new order for $50. This order moves you to the SuperKing tier and you now qualified to earn BeyBucks in this new tier on upcoming orders. The $50 order earns BeyBucks at your current tier before placing the order.
