Our only shipping provider today is DHL. We've worked with all international shipping providers during the past 2 years and the only one that has a perfect track record is DHL. They excel with on-time deliveries, precise tracking information, duties and tax management, and superb customer service.

Package Returns: If by any circumstance the package is returned to Beyblade Premier due to customer rejection or incorrect address, the order is subject to a 12% restocking fee. Also, import duties, clearance fees, and taxes are not refundable.

We ship from Tampa, FL. Our closest post office is one of the main hubs. 

f your order was placed before our daily deadline of 1 PM EST on a business day, you will receive an email with the tracking number that same day. If you placed an order after 1 PM EST, your order will be dropped off at the post office on the next business day. 

Once your tracking number is updated (usually a few hours after the post office receives the package), you will be able to see the carrier's estimated delivery date for your order.

Please note that the dates are just an estimation and may change during transit due to unforeseen complications. Please keep in mind that our shipping method timelines are in normal working business days only, and do not include weekends or holidays.

We host our tournaments under WBO's umbrella. Per their rules, there is no age segregation or age groups in tournaments. 

At Premier, we host special Genesis tournaments for first timers and/or younger players. These tournaments are unranked and dedicated to have fun and learn competitive blading.
