BEYBLADE X RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENTS
October 20th
Dear Bladers,
We did it! We're absolutely thrilled to announce that this adventure is coming to a close. The Leon Claw and remaining BX-17s have officially arrived in our hands, and we couldn't be happier. We received them this afternoon, around 3:30 PM EST. Get ready for some exciting news - your shipping confirmations will be out this afternoon and evening! We're on a mission to get these orders to our airport post office, which luckily stays open late. Our goal is to ensure that all orders make it to the post office by tomorrow morning.
We know there's a lot to pack and unpack, and we want to extend a heartfelt 'thank you' to all 423 of you who stuck with us through this journey. We hope you're as excited as we are about the Rino Horn! It's shaping up to be a massive defense-type release, and we can't wait for you to experience it.
Once again, our sincere thanks for your patience and support. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we're committed to making your Beyblade experience exceptional. Thanks a million!
Warm regards,
Concepcion

Dear Bladers,
We are at the cusp of the exciting culmination of the Leo Claw shipping adventure. Currently, our boxes have reached the DHL Cincinnati hub, which is a slight deviation from our initial estimated arrival date of 10/17.
Although the transit times of our shipping providers are beyond our direct influence, please be assured that our team is fully prepared to spring into action as soon as the boxes land. We now anticipate their arrival by Friday morning. In even more uplifting news, we have sent out the coupon code that allows you to redeem a complimentary Rino Horn via email. Please check your spam folders.

Dear Bladers,
I have some important updates to share. Unfortunately, Leo Claw shipments will be delayed this week.
As I have always strived to do, I want to provide you with transparency and all the necessary details.
As per my last update, we were expecting to pick up BX-15 & 17 from DHL immediately after the long holiday weekend. We did pick them up, but to our surprise, everything inside the boxes turned out to be BX-16s instead of Leo Claws.
It's needless to say that a mistake occurred, and we ended up on the wrong end of the deal. Upon reviewing all our logistic communication and documentation, it became apparent that Leo Claw was included in the shipping packing slips and commercial invoices.
I reached out to our supplier, and it appears that the same situation happened to them. They were unaware of the cargo being labeled as Leo Claw but containing ViperTail. We concluded that this mix-up likely occurred at the distribution center in Vietnam.
Since we purchase cases (packs of 24 beys), the boxes remained sealed and were passed along without anyone verifying the contents. It was only upon opening them that the error was discovered.
What's surprising is that we're dealing with a substantial number of items – over 400, so it's not an isolated case.
I, Conce, have personally spent the past 48 hours addressing and investigating the issue, but regrettably, the problem won't be resolved immediately.
To clarify, we're not saying the boxes were labeled as Leo Claw on the outside and contained Viper Tail within – that would have been a clear factory error. Instead, what occurred was that a group of boxes designated for us was bundled together at some point (as an example, 4 10x10 boxes were combined inside a 40x40 box and sealed up). Unfortunately, no one subsequently checked to ensure the accuracy of this grouping, and the bundled boxes were passed from one person to another without a second review.
I, Conce, take full responsibility for providing my team and customers with incorrect expectations in my previous update early this week, stating that Leo Claw would be shipping this mid-week after we picked them up from DHL as planned.
Although we did prepare and dispatch all Viper Tails and BX-18 launchers orders to the post office early this week, I was relying on the packing slip and commercial invoice, which indicated that Leo Claw was within those later boxes at DHL.
Nevertheless, it is my responsibility to ensure that our warehouse in FL verifies the contents before we make any announcements or send out shipments as we have always done.
In all honesty, I was very eager to be able to send you Leo Claw this week, especially when the main distributors to the USA (Hong Kong) were experiencing delays due to typhoons.
Our distributor, originating from Japan, was not affected and had Leo Claw ready to ship by the official release date. Of course, it was incorrectly sent, but it was in stock.
I have successfully negotiated an expedited shipment for Leo Claw, which is expected to arrive next Tuesday, making it the quickest scheduling we could secure.
I understand that this may not be the news you were hoping for. However, it's worth noting that Leo Claw has not yet been shipped by other stores in the USA (that we are aware of), and most have been affected by the delays stemming from Hong Kong.
In an effort to mitigate any inconvenience caused, I have coordinated with the team to provide each of you who pre-ordered Leo Claw during the first wave (before Oct 5th) with a complimentary voucher to buy the upcoming BX-19 booster, on our behalf. This voucher will be sent via email early next week.
Once more, I extend my gratitude for your understanding in this matter. I remain committed to transparency, even in situations that may not be favorable.
We will commence the shipping of Leo Claw on the upcoming Wednesday. Should you not receive an email containing tracking information by 5 PM EST, we kindly request that you reach out to us at support@beybladepremier.com.
In any other instance, we ask for your understanding that our support team may not have access to precise details regarding the arrival of items at our warehouse or the specific shipment schedule of your order.
For waves 2 and 3 of pre-orders, we will start shipping next week as well.
Please be assured that we will promptly pack and ship Leo Claw upon their arrival in our warehouse, and you will receive an email confirmation right away.
Your patience is greatly appreciated, and we value your continued support.

Hello!
Quick update! BX-16 & BX-18 have been fully packed and were dropped off at the post office last night. Unfortunately, due to the observance of Columbus Day, the post offices are closed today. However, all these orders will commence transit first thing tomorrow morning.
For BX-15 and BX-17, their shipping is scheduled for mid-week. They arrived in a separate cargo late Friday (after hours), and of course the office was closed and we were unable to retrieve them from DHL before the long weekend. Damn Columbus! 🤣 Please note that we also shipped 10 sets of BX-17 last night that came in the same shipment as BX-16/18. Only saying this to avoid any potential confusion when some of you guys share screenshots of their orders being shipped, which included BX-17. Only 10 were shipped 🙂
As always, we prioritize prompt shipping and do not hold back orders. Consequently, while not cost-effective for us, we have split all orders and shipped all pre-orders that include BX-16 and BX-18, ensuring you receive your items as swiftly as possible.
Kindly be aware that there was a slight delay in the availability of BX-15 to BX-17 between Takara Tomy and Asian distributors. While Japan and Malaysia received their shipments as scheduled, distributors in Hong Kong and other regions encountered challenges caused by typhoons and delays in sea shipments. As a result, most major stores in the USA are currently still in pre-ordering mode. Happy blading guys! Viper is GREAT looking! You will love it!

BX-13 Update!
Get ready because we will be shipping BX-13 to everyone this Wednesday!
Here are the details of the customs process:
Per the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Beyblade X is considered a children’s product intended primarily for children 12 and under and they do not “meet” importing requirements under USA regulations.
What does this mean for you?
In simple terms, per CPSC, BX items cannot be imported to the USA.
Why?
All children’s products need qualified third-party lab testing and a Children Product Certificate (CPC) to make sure they comply with USA trade regulations.
How did this become a problem?
Unbranded Beyblades. In recent months (and years) there have been a huge amount of 3rd party brands imitating Takara Tomy Beyblades. According to US officials, these brands contain excessive amounts of lead and toxic metals.
After multiple toxic reports, most imports containing “spinning top” in their registries, gets the attention of USA officials for inspection including Takara Tomy Beyblades.
How is it possible that others are still selling Beyblades?
In simple terms, not every parcel entering the USA gets inspected. USA officials only work with a batch of randomly selected samples on a daily basis. As a hypothetical example, they inspect around 5 out of every 50 packages.
How did Premier win the lottery with the CPSC?
While we were not the only Beyblade company with BX packages held at customs, they flag you the moment they “find you” through their randomly selected inspections.
You might remember that our BX-07 and BX-08 parcels were held for a long time, and we got them released by providing adequate testing and reports for Takara Tomy Beys.
Now, we went the extra mile to address these pressing concerns. Here is what we wanted to accomplish:
We wanted Premier to sell safe and US-approved products, and:
We wanted to remove Takara Tomy from the all-inclusive batch of the “spinning tops” category of fakes with toxic materials.
Thankfully, we can now officially say that we just accomplished both! For BX-13, we performed testing in a US facility, and we have also coordinated ongoing testing for new releases in Japan. This is a combined effort with our supplier.
In simple legal terms, we had to hold BX-13 shipments and/or announcements last week until we got the go-ahead from the testing facility (today). If we wanted to remove all barriers, flags, and bad stigma, we had to do it right to avoid any setbacks.
The result of this new testing process is that there will be no more customs delays in further shipments since we now have the fast-track approval and process of performing these tests. :)
While Premier is the main Beyblade retailer tackling this concern head-on and doing all the necessary legal due diligence, the Beyblade community still benefits as a whole. The BX scrutiny will fade out and all USA stores should be able to continue to safely sell their legit Takara Tomy products.
Our mission is clear; we want to deliver Beyblades to you faster and cheaper. If we take a timeline of 200+ BX releases (using the previous Burst series as an example), having to do all this work in a very short timeframe and only affecting the shipment of a few initial releases is a HUGE win for us.
We understand having to wait a few days extra is not fun, especially when the hype is at an all-time high, but we just finished a MONUMENTAL task for the entire community that will help make things better for all bladers!
Thank you for understanding!
August 9th
Hello Bladers!
It’s time for an update for everyone waiting on their BX-10 Xtreme stadium orders (late July orders); they are being prepared to be shipped as you read this message!
We all know oversize items such as BX-07 and BX-10 have been the real challenge for retailers. All the way from importing them in big quantities, to pass US customs surveillance, and finally renting U-Hauls to make deliveries to the post office since USPS is not able to pick up more than 40 oversize boxes (18x18) at the time.
To keep the Beyblade community happy and deal with this bottleneck once and for all, we’ve decided to temporarily team up with other USA retailers and join forces to handle the supply chain issues that we are facing.
What this means for all customers is you will be getting your product FASTER. If you ordered BX-07 or BX-10 after the official release date (July 15th), you might notice that your shipment will be coming from a different store (depending on your state), but again, this is only temporary and expected to last only one or two weeks. You will also notice a package from us if you ordered from another store in the USA. We do not exchange any customer data aside from name, shipping address, and product to ship.
We put the community first.
Thank you,
Team Beyblade Premier
August 6th
We are thrilled to announce that the most difficult phase of BX inventory is finally behind us. It's clearer sailing from here on out. We've been able to catch up with most current orders and most items will be stock-ready to ship by Tuesday except as noted below.
BX-07: Upcoming inventory is enough to fulfill all existing orders. Restocking for future orders is still pending. BX-07 is currently in “sold out” mode for now until we secure new cargo.
BX-09: Takara Tomy is making an announcement soon on how manufacturing and software re-coding will proceed.
BX-10: We have temporarily run out of these items. We are restocking on Thursday, August 10th. BX-10 is currently in “sold out” mode.
PLEASE NOTE: Very important. If you have a partially fulfilled order that includes any of the items that are already in stock but also includes BX-07, we will ship them together.
PRE-ORDERS PRE-JULY 4th FREEBIE:
If you were part of the group who we shipped partial orders by July 30th (especially customers who had BX-07, BX-08, BX-09), you will notice we added a free BX-13 to your account as a courtesy for hanging in there with us. You have no idea how much we appreciate it.
Here is how to find your freebie:
If you had a pending order that included BX-07 or BX-09, we added the item to that same order.
-
If you did not have any pending orders as of last week, we had added a brand new order to your account.
If your order was partially fulfilled by July 30th and you have not received your free BX-13, please shoot an email to support@beybladepremier.com right away. We got you.
August 3rd
Oof- it’s been challenging, bladers, but we’re almost at the top of the mountain and over the final hurdle.
As we shared previously, BX-07 and 08 have been stuck at customs for days, but after a long battle and paperwork exchanges we have now received all of our BX-08 shipments. Currently, customs has released 1/3 of our BX-07 shipments and the rest is releasing within 2 business days. Hooray!
What this means:
1. Today we sent every bit of BX-07 we received. This covered a great portion of partially fulfilled orders that were missing BX-07. Some of these orders also included BX-08 so it was also included in today's shipment. All of you should have received tracking information via email.
2. As of BX-08, we now have all the inventory that was held at customs. So, tomorrow we are shipping it to everyone who has this item pending. For those with BX-07 and BX-08 pending that we did not reach today, we will still send you BX-08 tomorrow to get it underway while BX-07 continues to arrive.
So please continue to bear with us and we’ll be 100% up to date and stocking as much ahead of time as long as everything goes smoothly from Takara Tomy’s end.
Gooooo shoot-out!
August 1st (#2)
The previous issue has been resolved. USPS was able to locate the packages and they will resume transit tonight. We were advised to wait a few hours for the tracking information to update. If your order was shipped on July 27th and your screen from USPS or ShopApp looks like the images below with the last update showing "USPS in possession of the package", please note that the issue has been resolved.
Per our records, we have a total of 31 customers affected by this matter. If you are in this group and your tracking number has not been updated by tomorrow morning, please reach out. We will work on an immediate solution for you :)

August 1st
We are currently investing with USPS a batch shipped on July 27th. On this day, we shipped 3 different batches and after multiple reports from customers, we found that their tracking information was not showing any updates or progressing after the packages were handed off to USPS.
All customers who reported this incident seem to be in the same batch, we are waiting to hear back from USPS to know what happened and how to proceed.

Announcement by Concepcion
Wow! What a week! A huge shoutout to our warehouse team. They have handled the shipping volume like real kings and queens!
I have a LOT to tell you, but I will make it short today as I will be making a behind the scenes video next week.
As of now, we've fulfilled (and in some occasions partially fulfilled) 90% of pre-orders made before July 4th. We still have tomorrow to fulfill some additional orders, but there are only a few compared to the past 2 weeks. We will be taking tomorrow's packages to our Tampa airport USPS office (only one open). So, if you pre-ordered before July 4th and have not received your tracking number yet, please give the team until tomorrow.
Now... some real talk. Customs officials have been absolutely brutal with Beyblade X. The HS (Harmonized System) code coming from Japan/HK is causing a lot of issues in the USA. Customs have been holding packages every day. This week alone we had 71 boxes held at customs. Only 10 were released in a timely manner. We have been told that the rest of them are releasing over this coming week.
The downside to this was that most of these boxes included BX-07 and BX-08 sets. While we over-ordered these items to keep as stock after pre-orders, the warehouse team had to make some magic by distributing them through all pre-orders, but on some occasions orders got partially fulfilled because most of it was still stuck as customs. So, if you have any of these 2 products in any of your order, please give us some extra days to get it to you! Thank you in advance!
Please Note: Customs is the only part in international shipments and logistics that no ones control. Not the shipper, not the carrier, not the receiver. When a package is being held is basically a "secret". Even the carrier's customer service does not have any accurate information, just estimates.
Here is where we at now for all customers who pre-order before July 4th:
-
If you had multiple orders before July 4th, we have combined most of them with the exception of BX-07 and BX-08. We will be shipping any remaining items on your order this coming week.
-
If you ordered the July Releases package (only applies to some late orders in the pre-ordering phase), we might have split your order to leave BX-07 and BX-08 pending.
If you have pre-ordered before July 4th (either once or multiple) and none of your order(s) have shipped by tomorrow, please reach out to customer service on Monday. NOTE: If your order includes BX-07 or BX-08, refer to the first bullet point above.
BONUS: For the few of you guys that we partially fulfilled your order before July 30th, we will have a gift for you in the mail on Monday :) - I know we cannot control USA customs, but we feel you have been great with us and we want to keep our word.
For reference, as many customers have asked via email. March was our busiest month with over 600 pre-orders. I know many people thought May (for example) was early, but most bladers took advantage of the special pricing in early March.
We want to thank you all for your patience and amazing understanding! We will continue to work as hard as we can!
Conce7
July 26th
Hello Bladers!
As previously established, we are still on track to ship all pre-orders up to July 4th by July 30th. For customers with multiple pre-orders from February to July 4th, you can expect to receive 1 or 2 different packages with different tracking numbers. This is particularly important for orders with either a BX-07 or BX-10 product in it.
The BX-09 BattlePass has been pushed back again by Takara Tomy. The test batch they released into the market was malfunctioning and the app software did not work. It needs to be re-coded according to TT officials. The production and distribution are currently on hold.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding, happy blading!
July 23, 2023
Hello everyone,
We've shipped 754 pre-orders as of yesterday. We are receiving major shipments tomorrow and Tuesday. We are expecting to ship all pre-orders by the end of the week.
Thank you again for your patience!
Beyblade Premier Team
July 18, 2023
Hello everyone,
Once again, we can’t emphasize how much we appreciate your support and patience!
We thought we’d give you all another update on the Beyblade X shipping procedures. We have been receiving small batches every other day since last week. Our distributor is doing an amazing job prioritizing our shipments and sending them to us as soon as they get product from TT factories.
We are still on schedule to ship all pre-orders made before July 4th by the end of this month as previously established in our first announcement.
We would also like to take the time to clarify the most common questions we have been receiving:
"When is my turn or in which batch am I currently on?": We anticipated this would be the most common question. As mentioned before, we are getting different batches of single products. Sometimes it takes an extra shipment to arrive to complete and send a full order. Xtreme Stadiums and BX Sets (BX-07) are EXTREMELY bulky (pun intended). TT only fits 6 of them per shipping box (36 inches long). We are still waiting to receive over 84 shipment boxes of stadiums. In comparison, when we are sent a booster like BX-05, we get 100 pieces in one shipment.
If your order has not been shipped by the end of our tentative shipping schedule below, please reach out to us. Otherwise, we will be working on getting orders shipped to you as soon as new inventory hits our warehouse during the shipping range described below.
"I have seen other people with their items being shipped": Sure! We have customers who ordered their July Release package back in late February, early March. This group of folks might be the ones showing their screenshots and/or doing unboxings at this point. Again, due to the 69% production deficit on TT’s end, we are unable to do what we do best.... get new releases in YOUR HANDS by the official release date as we have done in the last 2 years. We are sure TT will get back on its feet after this month and allow us to fulfill all pre-orders in a timely fashion.
Please remember everyone, this is NOT a Beyblade Premier "shipping issue." This is a community-wide event that all stores in Asia and USA are currently facing. All major USA stores are still in pre-order mode. New orders after the July 15th release date are pushed towards the end of the tail until all our pre-order inventory is received from TT and everyone gets caught up.
Thankfully, we have a passionate team here at Premier that has been working 16 hours a day since last Friday to make your pre-order of Beyblade X a success. Rest assured, your shipping notification will hit your inbox before you know it! :)
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
The Beyblade Premier Team
July 16, 2023
What a weekend! We've shipped our first batch of pre-orders! We will continue fulfilling pre-orders as new inventory arrives following our schedule below on July 11th announcement.
NEW ORDERS ON OR AFTER JULY 15TH: These orders are now considered regular orders. The estimated shipping date is August 7, 2023.
Beyblade World Cup Giveaway and Prize Winners: The estimated shipping date is August 4th.
July 11, 2023
We are just as thrilled as you all for the new Beyblade X revolution! And the official release from Takara Tomy is coming this weekend in Japan.
That’s why we wanted to update you and give you realistic expectations as the new product rolls out.
We received amazing news last night from our supplier stating that Beyblade X items were shipped to us and are on the way!
This means that we will start fulfilling pre-orders on or shortly after the official release date this Saturday the 15th.
There is something important we need to warn you about; due to overly high-demand, smaller Takara Tomy manufacturing facilities, and initial distribution happening in focused areas of Asia, Takara Tomy was only able to fulfill 31% of their initial orders from their distributors.
As a result, Asia distributors will be sending small batches of items as they receive them from Takara Tomy. This means that products will be shipped to wholesalers and restocked in smaller and regular waves.
In all honesty, Takara Tomy made a bold move by starting with 13 total releases in one month, but apparently, they ran short in their production and logistics calculations.
What does this mean for you and how is Premier handling this situation?
Note: We have been in this exact same situation with the release of B-188 Astral Spriggan and WBBA Limited Dynamite launchers.
Facts/Expectations:
1. We will ship pre-orders based on the order they were received. No exceptions to this since we are dealing with over 1,400 orders.
2. We are expecting to receive Beyblade X batches every 3-4 days starting July 15th. We will ship accordingly.
3. BX-09 Beybattle Pass will not be released by Takara Tomy until the end of July. No other details have been provided to us yet. We will not hold your order for this item. We will ship everything else first.
We are aware that the most common question we will receive is “When is my order shipping?” or “Is my order in the next batch?”
In order to facilitate this process, we are temporarily increasing our support and warehouse staff to answer these questions.
If your order has not been shipped by the end of our tentative shipping schedule below, please reach out to us. Otherwise, we will be working on getting orders shipped to you as soon as new inventory hits our warehouse during the shipping range described below.
Please note: The distributors in Asia will be sending inventory on a daily basis to all their clients (including us) and we will not know the exact inventory until shipments are received at our warehouse.
This is our tentative shipping schedule (subject to change based on the speed that Takara Tomy distributes products and unforeseen supply chain issues):
-
Orders placed from March 3rd to July 4th -> Shipping between July 15th-30th
Orders placed from July 5th forward-> Shipping starting July 30th (previously noted on our website on each BX product page)
We will be sure to give you all the latest information as soon as we get any. We thank you again for your understanding and full-fledged support!
We look forward to serving you the best prices and fastest shipping possible for all Beyblade X and Beyblade products! So please be patient and there will be plenty of Beyblade X products for everyone soon!
Best,
Beyblade Premier Team
